Material: Aluminium must be 6000 series (6061T6, 6063T6, 6082T6 etc.) specific grade is not critical. ID Tolerance +0.1 - 0.025 OD Tolernace +0.025 -0.1 All Tolerances unless otherwise stated +- 0.1mm Quantity: 10 Standard machine finish, no post processing needed.

Material: Some 3 in x 1/4 in - Aluminium Round Tube should work well with minimal stock removal.
